Termos de serviço

18 seções

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Unisnipe website, the bot dashboard and every related tool, feature and service (together, the "Service"). "We", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Service; "you" refers to anyone who uses it.

By connecting a wallet, funding a balance, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

01About the Service

The Service is software that lets you configure and run automated trading of newly launched tokens on the Solana blockchain. It includes a dashboard for connecting a wallet, funding a balance, adjusting the bot's settings and following its activity.

The Service is a tool, not an adviser. Nothing in it is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and no setting, preset, statistic or message is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Every decision to use the Service, and how to configure it, is yours.

We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time, including features that are described on the website but not yet available.

02Eligibility

You may use the Service only if all of the following are true:

  • you are old enough, and otherwise legally able, to enter into a binding agreement where you live;

  • using the Service, and trading digital assets, is lawful for you in your jurisdiction;

  • you are not the subject of sanctions, and you are not acting on behalf of anyone who is;

  • you use the Service for yourself, with a wallet you control.

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including any tax obligations that arise from your trading.

03Wallets and Your Account

The Service has no separate login. The wallet you connect is your account: your settings, balance and subscription are attached to its public address.

Your wallet is self-custodial. We never ask for, receive or store your private keys or recovery phrase, and nobody acting for us will ever ask you for them. You alone are responsible for keeping your wallet secure; anyone who controls it can use your account.

Every transaction you approve is signed in your wallet. Check what your wallet shows you before you approve anything.

04Bot Balance and Payments

The bot trades from a balance you fund in SOL. You can top it up by approving a transfer in your connected wallet, or by sending a transfer manually to the address the Service shows you.

  • (a)

    Crediting. A top-up is credited only after the transfer has been confirmed on the blockchain and matched to your account. Confirmation can take time, and depends on networks we do not control.

  • (b)

    Sending wallet. A top-up must be sent from the wallet connected to your account. A transfer from any other wallet or from an exchange may not be matchable to you, and may therefore not be credited.

  • (c)

    Your responsibility. You are responsible for sending the right amount to the right address on the right network. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, and we cannot recover funds sent in error.

  • (d)

    Network fees. Fees charged by the blockchain for your transactions are paid by you and are not part of your balance.

  • (e)

    Minimums. The Service may set minimum amounts — for a top-up, for a single trade, or for the balance needed to start the bot. They are shown in the dashboard.

05Subscriptions

Some features, including starting the bot, may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are bought with a single one-time payment, made the same way as a top-up, and are attached to the wallet that paid for them.

  • The price of each plan is shown before you pay. Where it is stated in another currency, the amount in SOL is calculated at the rate current when the payment is prepared.

  • A subscription starts once the payment has been confirmed on the blockchain and matched to your account, under the same rules as a top-up.

  • Payments for subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except where the law that applies to you requires otherwise.

  • We may change the plans, what they include and their prices for future purchases.

06Trading Risks

Trading digital assets carries a high risk of loss, and newly launched tokens are among the riskiest assets there are. By using the Service you accept, in particular, that:

  • prices can move sharply and without warning, and a token can lose all of its value within minutes;

  • tokens can be fraudulent — including rug pulls, honeypots and tokens whose creators can mint or freeze supply — and safety filters reduce these risks but cannot remove them;

  • automated trading can fail: orders can be delayed, filled at worse prices than expected, partly filled or not filled at all, and the bot can miss trades or exit later than its settings intend;

  • blockchains, wallets, exchanges and other infrastructure can be congested, unavailable or faulty, and outages can stop the bot from acting;

  • statistics, previews and past results do not predict future results.

Only commit funds you can afford to lose entirely. You are solely responsible for your trading results.

07Fees

The Service may charge fees, such as a fee on profitable trades or the price of a subscription. Current fees are described on the website and in the dashboard. We may change them; a change applies from the moment it is published and does not affect fees already charged.

08Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you must not:

  • (a)

    use it for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, financing of terrorism or evading sanctions;

  • (b)

    use it to manipulate markets, including wash trading, spoofing or coordinated pump-and-dump schemes;

  • (c)

    use a wallet that is not yours, or let others use the Service through your account;

  • (d)

    probe, disrupt or overload the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or exploit any error in it;

  • (e)

    copy, reverse engineer, scrape or resell any part of the Service, or circumvent any limit it applies.

We may investigate suspected breaches, and take the steps described in Section 14.

09Third-Party Services

The Service relies on systems we do not own or control, including the Solana blockchain, wallet software, decentralized exchanges, data providers and network infrastructure. They operate under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, their fees, their security or their actions.

10Intellectual Property

The Service — its software, design, text, graphics, logos and other content — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service in line with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

11Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that it will produce any particular result.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, digital assets or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including trading losses — even if we were told such losses were possible.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the period immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

13Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal costs, that results from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service or your violation of any law or of anyone else's rights.

14Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or limit your access to the Service, stop the bot for your account, or end your use of the Service, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service or its users.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Where the law that applies requires it, we will provide a reasonable way to deal with any balance that remains on your account.

15Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect on the date shown at the top of this page. If you keep using the Service after that date, you accept the updated Terms.

16Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us first and try to resolve the matter informally. Nothing here takes away rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

17Language

These Terms are published in English only. If any translation is ever made available, it is for convenience, and the English version prevails.

18Contact
