This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Unisnipe website, the bot dashboard and related services (together, the "Service"), why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
By using the Service you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.
01Information We Collect
- (a)
Wallet information. The public addresses of the wallets you connect, and the transactions you make to the Service, such as top-ups and subscription payments.
- (b)
Bot data. Your bot's settings, whether it is running, your balance and its movements, and your subscription status.
- (c)
Usage and device information. The pages you visit and the actions you take, the website that referred you, your browser, operating system and type of device, and your approximate country, derived from your IP address.
- (d)
Information you give us. For example, an email address you enter to receive updates, or messages you send us.
We never collect your private keys or recovery phrase, and we will never ask for them.
02How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
provide and operate the Service, including your dashboard, settings and bot;
confirm payments, credit top-ups and maintain your subscription;
keep the Service secure, and detect and prevent fraud and abuse;
understand how the Service is used, and improve it;
send you updates you have asked for, which you can stop receiving at any time;
meet our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
03Cookies and Local Storage
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that the Service needs to work: to remember your language, to recognise your browser between visits for our own analytics, and to keep your wallet connection and preferences on your device. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time; some parts of the Service may then forget your preferences.
04Public Blockchain Data
Transactions on the Solana blockchain, including your payments to the Service, are public and permanent by design. Anyone can see them, and neither we nor anyone else can change or delete them. This Policy does not apply to information that is public on a blockchain.
05How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
with service providers who help us run the Service — such as hosting, infrastructure, blockchain access and price data — and who may use it only to provide those services to us;
when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and security of the Service, its users or others;
as part of a merger, acquisition or other transfer of the business, subject to this Policy;
with your consent, or at your direction.
06Data Retention
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy, then delete or anonymise it. Some records, such as those of payments, may be kept for longer where the law requires.
07Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us as described in Section 12. We may need to confirm that you control the wallet in question before we act on a request.
Requests cannot extend to data recorded on a public blockchain, which nobody can change or delete.
09International Transfers
The Service is available worldwide, and information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer it, we take steps to keep it protected in line with this Policy.
10Children
The Service is not intended for minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
11Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version takes effect on the date shown at the top of this page. This Policy is published in English only.
12Contact
If you have a question about this Policy or how we handle your information, contact us through the support channels made available on the website.
